    Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) protects consumer and public interests and supports economic well-being through responsive marketplace regulation. We protect Saskatchewan consumers by regulating financial products and service providers in an effective, efficient and balanced manner. 

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled, well-organized individual to provide senior administrative support to the Chair’s Office, Corporate Services Branch, Consumer Credit Division as well as the Insurance and Real Estate Division.    

    In this challenging position your financial skills will be required to perform a variety of duties such as management of the divisions’ budgets, expenditure approval, annual financial reporting and monthly forecasting. You will be responsible for information and records management. Your superior organizational abilities will be leveraged to support the divisions in duties such as handling correspondence, scheduling, and coordinating meetings. You will support the Registrar in the activities of our Board and Authority. Lastly through strong interpersonal skills, you will promote strong working relationships by receiving and sharing information in a discreet, timely and courteous manner.

    Our candidate of choice for this crucial position will have superior interpersonal and communications abilities. Professionalism and diplomacy is needed to earn and sustain the trust, respect and confidence of the Chair, Board members, the Minister's Office, staff and stakeholders. Accuracy is required to compose a variety of documents and meeting minutes that are clear and concise. Typical qualifications for this position would be gained through Office Education and/or a suitable amount of related experience. Past experience in a government or public sector environment would be considered a definite asset.
