    Reporting Issuers Listing

    Search information about reporting issuers in Saskatchewan.

    The Reporting Issuers Listing outlines:

    • Legal name of the reporting issuer
    • The date the issuer became a reporting issuer in Saskatchewan
    • Whether Saskatchewan is the principal regulator (PR) of the reporting issuer (denoted by * in the reporting issuer name)

    To find out if a reporting issuer has been Cease Traded search The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) Cease Trade Order database. This database shows all cease trade orders that have been issued by the securities regulators in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Québec.

     

    Issuers Reporting by Order Listing

    Search information about issuers that have been required to provide public reporting by order in Saskatchewan. This does not include reporting issuers in the list above or in the CSA Cease Trade Order database.

    The Issuers Reporting by Order Listing outlines:

    • Legal name of the issuer reporting by order
    • The date the issuer became reporting by order in Saskatchewan
    • Whether the issuer has been cease traded and if so, the date of the cease trade order (CTO)
    • Whether Saskatchewan is the principal regulator (PR) of the issuer reporting by order (denoted by * in the issuer name)

    Issuers in Default Report

    Displays all reporting issuers and issuers reporting by order in Saskatchewan that are currently noted in default.

    The Issuers in Default Report outlines:

    • What the reporting issuer or issuer reporting by order is in default for (i.e.) continuous disclosure filing(s), fees or both 
    • Whether Saskatchewan is the principal regulator (PR) of the reporting issuer or issuer reporting by order (denoted by * in the reporting issuer or issuer name)
    • Note that the Issuers in Default Report contains the earliest fiscal year end date where the reporting issuer or issuer is noted in default.
    • Tip: if you want to find a specific issuer in default, you can use Ctrl+F to open a search box within the PDF.

     

    FCAA compiles the reporting issuer listing, issuer reporting by order listing and the issuers in default report and will post the lists by 11:00 AM CST every business day.
