Fees

The fees are as stated in The Securities Regulations - Appendix A Table 1.  There are numerus situations where a fee is required such as a fee upon registration, the filing of a prospectus, the filing of an exemption application and the filing of annual financial statements.

Recent Amendments to the Fee Regulations

The Regulations were last amended on November 28, 2025. This amendment includes a fee for a final base shelf prospectus filed pursuant to National Instrument 44-102 Shelf Distributions by a well-known seasoned issuer, as defined in that Instrument, of $1,875.00. The complete changes can be found in the filed regulations.
