Fees

The fees in effect as of May 10, 2013 are as stated in The Securities Regulations - Appendix A Table 1.  There are numerus situations where a fee is required such as a fee upon registration, the filing of a prospectus, the filing of an exemption application and the filing of annual financial statements.
