File a Complaint

If you have a problem with a trust, loan or financing company or a loan broker, please attempt to resolve the matter with the company directly.

• If the matter cannot be resolved, a complaint can be filed with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions.
• To file a complaint against a trust, loan or financing company or a loan broker, please complete the trust, loan, financing corporation or loan broker complaint form.
