The Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission administers the registration, education and disciplinary functions governing the real estate industry in this province. All brokerages, brokers, branch managers and salespeople must be registered with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission.

Role of the Superintendent of Real Estate

The Superintendent of Real Estate is responsible for the general administration of The Real Estate Act and works with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) to regulate the industry. The Superintendent’s role includes approving all SREC bylaws and hearing appeals from SREC disciplinary decisions.
