On December 19, 2025, the Court of King’s Bench issued a Decision on court file no. KBG-RG-01098-2024. The Court dismissed Python Manufacturing Ltd.’s appeal of the Deputy Superintendent’s Reconsideration Decision. Accordingly, the Pension Plan for the Employees of Python Manufacturing Ltd. is terminated.
