• General Order 45-503, Prospectus Exemption Available to Reporting Issuers that are Listed on a Canadian Stock Exchange

  The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing General Order 45-503 Prospectus Exemption Available to Reporting Issuers that are Listed on a Canadian Stock Exchange (GO 45-503). GO 45-503 will provide a more efficient method of capital raising for reporting issuers that have securities listed on a Canadian stock exchange and that have filed all timely and periodic disclosure documents required under Canadian securities legislation.

  Effective Date: November 21, 2022.
