  The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing General Order 45-504 Offering Memorandum Prospectus Exemption (GO 45-504). GO 45-504 allows an issuer to sell its securities to a wider range of people than typically allowed for private placements. The GO 45-504 includes enhanced disclosure for issuers engaged in "real estate activities" and issuers considered "collective investment vehicles".
