  This General Order was amended and restated on August 1, 2024.

  This Amended and Restated General Order 45-539 will now permit shares issued in the capital of co-operatives organized or continued pursuant to The Co-operatives Act, 1996, or The New Generation Co-operatives Act, 1999, to utilize the small business financing framework set out in General Order 45-539, which was originally issued on September 1, 2021.
