• Effective Date: October21, 2015

  Exempts OTC issuers from section 3 of MI 51 -105 for distributions to permitted clients (as that term is defined in National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations) provided certain conditions are met

  The exemption comes into effect on October 21, 2015.
