  General Order 45-503 expired when The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments) (NI 13-101, 45-102 and 45-106) Amendment Regulations, 2022 (SR 3/2023) came into force.

  GO 45-503 will provide a more efficient method of capital raising for reporting issuers that have securities listed on a Canadian stock exchange and that have filed all timely and periodic disclosure documents required under Canadian securities legislation.

  Effective Date: November 21, 2022.
