  Effective Date: June 20, 2024

  Subject to terms and conditions outlined in GO 31-930, the order provides an exemption to exempt market dealers from the restrictions in subsection 7.1 (2)( d) of NI 31-103 that prohibit them from acting as a dealer in a distribution of securities made under a prospectus. GO 31-930 comes into effect on June 20, 2024.
