• General Order 45-932 Authorizing Co-operatives to use National Instrument 45-110 Start-Up Crowdfunding Registration and Prospectus Exemption

  General Order 45-932 permits co-operatives governed, incorporated, continued, or registered pursuant to The Co-operatives Act, 1996, to utilize National Instrument 45-110 Start-Up Crowdfunding Registration and Prospectus Exemptions (NI 45-110) pursuant to s. 160 of The Securities Act, 1988. This general order serves as an interim measure and is intended to remain in effect until NI 45-110 is amended to permit such use.
