  The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing Local Notice of Amendments to General Order 11-906 Offering Memorandum Specification Order. The purpose of the amendment is to remove the expired General Order 45-504 Offering Memorandum Prospectus Exemption (GO 45-504) from the list of regulatory instruments listed in GO 11-906. GO 45-504 expired on June 20, 2023, when The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments) (NI 45-106) Amendment Regulations, 2023 that addresses substantially the same subject matter as GO 45-504 came into force.
