Effective Date: April 17, 2014.
Revokes the Recognition Order for the Investment Dealers Association (IDA). The IDA now operates as the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). IIROC is recognized by the FCAA as a self regulatory body. Accordingly, the IDA recognition order is no longer required.
