  Authorizes Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) to administer the registration provisions of the Act and regulations respecting IIROC member firms and their representatives. 

  This order was revoked October 1, 2025, when FCAA General Ruling/Order 25-506 Authorization of Certain Powers and Duties of the Director to Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization came into effect.
