    Effective Date: March 9, 2001.  Repealed and replaced June 30, 2011.

    The purpose of this regulation is to regulate all disclosure that an issuer makes concerning mineral projects that is reasonably likely to be made available to the public.  Consolidates and expands National Policy Statements 2-A Guide for Engineers, Geologists and Prospectors Submitting Reports on Mining Properties to the Canadian Securities Administrators.
