  The Canadian Securities Administrators are publishing in final form amendments to National Policy 47-201 Trading Securities Using the Internet and Other Electronic Means. Provided all necessary regulatory and ministerial approvals are obtained, the Final Amendments will come into force on April 16, 2024.
