  Staff of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) have prepared this Staff Notice to report on the results of the CSA’s Continuous Disclosure Review Program (CD Review Program). The goal of the CD Review Program is to improve the completeness, quality and timeliness of Continuous Disclosure (CD) provided by reporting issuers (issuers) in Canada. It assesses the compliance of issuers’ CD documents with securities legislation, and helps issuers understand and comply with their obligations under the CD requirements so that investors receive high quality disclosure to assist them in making informed investment decisions.

  Effective Date: November 7, 2024.
