Identification cards

Identification cards

When making a direct sales call, salespeople must have a license or where not required to be licensed must carry an identification card issued by the vendor company.

Every purchaser has the right to see this license or approved ID card and the direct seller must show these to the consumer or purchaser. If the cards are not shown when requested, the purchaser should before making any purchase, signing a contract or making a deposit, call and report the incident to FCAA at 1 (877) 880-5550.

Each approved ID card is to include the vendor’s name, the sales person’s name and the date the ID card was issued. The Registrar may also require the vendor’s Direct Sellers License (DSL) # to be on the Card.
