Public Access to Proceedings

Proceedings before hearing panels of the FCAA are open to the public unless the hearing panel considers it in the public interest to order otherwise. Hearings or other appearances are held virtually unless the hearing panel orders that the hearing or other appearance be held in person.

Media personnel or other members of the public may contact the Registrar for information on how to attend or view public hearings or other appearances. For more information on attending or viewing public hearings or other appearances, including the expected conduct of attendees and requests to make visual or audio recordings, see Part 17 of the Securities Hearings Policy.
