Failure to File Cease Trade Order - March 1, 2026

Tarku Resources Ltd. (Tarku) failed to file continuous disclosure materials required by National Instrument 13-103 System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval+ (SEDAR+); National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations; National Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings; National Instrument 52-110 Audit Committees; and National Instrument 58-101 Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices.

Effective immediately, all trading in the securities of Tarku Resources Ltd., whether direct or indirect, shall cease until Tarku files the Required Records or a further order is made by the Executive Director.
