  Effective Date: April 20, 2016.

  The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan joined the Memorandum of Understanding Respecting Cooperation and the Exchange of Information Related to the Supervision of Cross-Border Covered Entities  (MOU) by counterpart on April 20, 2016.

  The MOU dated March 25, 2014 will provide for the cooperation and the exchange of information in the supervision and oversight of regulated entities that operate on a cross-border basis in the United States and in certain Canadian provinces.
