• Memorandum of Understanding among the Recognizing Regulators regarding the oversight of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization

  Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization is recognized as a self-regulatory organization under applicable securities legislation by each of the Recognizing Regulators and is a regulation services provider pursuant to National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules. To ensure effective oversight of Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization's performance of its functions the Parties to this Memorandum of Understanding have developed an oversight program with respect to Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization.
