Multilateral Instrument 13-102 System for Fees

In connection with the development of System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+), the Canadian Securities Administrators has reviewed system fees for specified filings made by market participants. As a result of this review, Multilateral Instrument 13-102 System Fees for SEDAR and NRD is being repealed and replaced with Multilateral Instrument 13-102 System for Fees effective June 9, 2023 (in Saskatchewan, June 20, 2023), primarily to change the structure of the system fees provided by Multilateral Instrument 13-102 System Fees for SEDAR and NRD.

The amendments to Multilateral Instrument 13-102 System Fees will lead to annual increases in Canadian Securities Administrators system fees over a 5-year period commencing on November 28, 2025. Further details can be found in the CSA Notice.
