    Effective Date:  December 1, 2001. Consolidated to October 1, 2015 (in Saskatchewan October 16, 2015). 

    Sets out common trading rules that apply to all trading whether on a marketplace or not.

  • Amendments to National Instrument 23-101

    Effective Date: November 2, 2026. If this Instrument is filed with the Registrar of Regulations after November 2, 2026, this Instrument comes into force on the day on which it is filed with the Registrar of Regulations.

    The Amendments and Companion Policy Changes modify section 6.6.1 of National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules to lower the active trading fee cap applicable to trades in securities that are listed on both a Canadian recognized exchange and a U.S. registered national securities exchange and make related changes to National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules Companion Policy.

  • Changes to Companion Policy 23-101CP
