World Wide Warranties, Inc. has withdrawn its request for a hearing

February, 2009 – World Wide Warranties, Inc. has withdrawn its request for a hearing with respect to the Compliance Order issued against it by the Superintendent of Insurance on December 12, 2008, and amended on January 21, 2009.
The Compliance Order remains in effect.
