Risk-Based Market Conduct Regulation

January, 2008 – We are pleased to announce that the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators (CCIR) has released a report entitled An Approach to Risk-based Market Conduct Regulation. With this release, CCIR seeks to foster a dialogue between regulators and stakeholders on the basic approaches to risk-based market conduct regulation in Canada.
