Pensions - Updated Forms & Guides

March 3, 2017 – The following forms and guides have been updated:

• Annual Information Return form and guide, and
• Application for the Registration of a Pension Plan form and guide.

Pension Plan Administrators and their service providers are asked to use the updated forms in their submissions to Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority.
