Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System

Effective Date: March 17, 2008.  Consolidated to August 31, 2016.

The purpose of this regulation is to provide a system that gives market participants access to capital markets in multiple jurisdictions by working only with its principal regulator and meeting the requirements of one set of harmonized rules.
