April 29, 2024 - The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing a Financial Compensation Decision in the Matter of Jack Louis Comeau. The Panel’s decision is that Jack Comeau is not ordered to compensate Bart Campbell in the amount of $100,000 for losses incurred on the Grasswood securities that 1788373 Alberta Ltd. invested in through Comeau.

April 22, 2024 – The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing General Order 96-931 Exemption from derivatives reporting requirements in Multilateral Instrument 96-101 Trade Repositories and Derivatives Data Reporting for certain derivatives data relating to Canadian dollar offered rate. General Order 96-931 provides for an exemption from the requirement for a reporting counterparty to report life-cycle event data under section 32 of Multilateral Instrument 96-101 Trade Repositories and Derivatives Data Reporting, in relation to certain derivatives based on the Canadian dollar offered rate.
