Securities – The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments) (NI 81-104) Amendment Regulations, 2023

January 22, 2024 – Today the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments) (NI 81-104) Amendment Regulations, 2023 (Amendment Regulations). The Amendment Regulations repeal National Instrument 81-104 Alternative Mutual Funds in its entirety in Saskatchewan. The Amendment Regulation will come into force on January 29, 2024.
