Securities - Temporary Exemptions From Certain Derivatives Data Reporting Requirements

October 31, 2024 - The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing the General Order 96-932, Temporary Exemptions From Certain Derivatives Data Reporting Requirements. 

This General Order provides an extension to reporting deadlines for end-users and will result in substantively CSA-harmonized exemptions for commodity derivatives and inter-affiliate derivatives between end-users.
