August 30, 2024 – Today the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments) (NI 81-102) Amendment Regulations, 2024. The amendment regulation comes into force on August 31, 2024.

Securities - Amendment and Restatement of General Order 45-539 Small Business Financing

August 1, 2024 - The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing the Amendment and Restatement of General Order 45-539 Small Business Financing

The Small Business Financing prospectus exemption allows small businesses in the participating jurisdictions to raise up to $5,000,000 from purchasers in those jurisdictions through a streamlined financing process. Today’s amendment removes the original expiry date of September 1, 2024.
