Securities – Canadian Securities Regulators Announce Climate Change Disclosure Review Project
March 21, 2017 - The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) today announced a project to review the disclosure of risks and financial impacts associated with climate change. The project will gather information on the current state of climate change disclosure in Canada and internationally, and will include consultation with investors and reporting issuers.

March 15, 2017 - The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments) (General Prospectus Requirements and Related Consequential Amendments) Amendment Regulations, 2017.
These regulations come into force in Saskatchewan on March 15, 2017.
Clause 3(5)(a) and subsections 3(6) to (13) of these regulations come into force on September 1, 2017.
Clause 3(5)(b) comes into force on December 10, 2017.
