Securities – CSA Notice regarding Coordinated Blanket Order 13-930 Exemptions from certain filing requirements in connection with the launch of the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval +

May 11, 2023 – The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan is publishing CSA Notice and corresponding General Order 13-930 Exemptions from certain filing requirements in connection with the launch of the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (GO 13-930). GO 13-930 provides exemptions from certain filing requirements to address the brief period when the System of Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) will be switched to a new centralized system, SEDAR+.

Although GO 13-930 is being published on May 11, 2023, the exemptions in the order can only be relied on during the cutover period, which starts on June 9, 2023 and ends on the earlier of when SEDAR+ is available for filing and June 16, 2023 (the cutover end date). The order will have no effect after the cutover end date.
